Leading Trading Platform Gets 3X Conversion & 70% Offload

Customer is the biggest trading platform in Egyptian’s stock market and it is as well operating in another 25 countries in ME and Africa. It acquired +3,000 clients in Egypt in 2021 and handled all major IPOs in country.

Automating conversations was customer's target in 2021 to offload call center and advisors, yet before DXwand, customer had tried 2 vendors and decommissioned their solutions as experience was not intuitive and hence clients were not using the solution.

With DXwand, customer managed to offload +70% of workload from call center and advisors using DXwand’s solution in 2022 that offered the most intuitive experience to their clients that managed to get clients to get addicted to using the solution for any information, updates and services related to stocks and IPOs.

Customer was able to gain another benefit of identifying potential new clients by connecting DXwand’s insights to their CRM and other tools where sales team had a single dashboard to identify extracted insights and potential new clients to follow.

Customer were able to handle growth boost of 3X in conversations, with same solution and without any expansion on customer service staff.

The Problem

The financial advisors that should tell clients to sell or buy are overwhelmed with clients' questions on WhatsApp about stock prices, IPOs, news...etc. that made them unable to do their real job and they cannot just ignore clients. While company invested in mobile app, clients kept preferring to ask advisors over WhatsApp as it is faster and due to big differences on stock actual names vs. company name that traders know.

Customer tried two technology solutions before using DXwand to automate customers' conversations and none of them worked as they didn’t provide intuitive experience customers are looking for. For example, customers don’t ask a questions to advisor when they want to know a stock price, they just say a company name, even mistyped or not even the actual stock name, knowing that advisor knows what they want. When they used some technology solutions, they required customer to go into a specific flow that required writing stock name correctly and officially which didn’t lead to success.
